The players Arsenal should consider for the next season (including the Academy talents)

Position 5 – Winger

With Mkhitaryan, Aubameyang and Özil started to age and become inconsistent, there must be young and pacy wingers to fill in their places or at least, to play when Emery rotates in his squad.

The ideal choice: Wilf Zaha (Crystal Palace)

With the experience in the Premier League, a lot of rumors circulated regarding a possible move of Zaha to Arsenal.

Palace will be desperate to keep the Ivorian as he’s important for them, which makes the transfer not likely to happen as it’s also unlikely that Arsenal will splash the cash on only one single player in this window.

The realistic choice: Robin Quaison (Mainz)

Currently at Mainz, Quaison is not just an attacking midfielder. The Swede is a complete forward and can operate as a winger at both sides. Compared to Zaha, he is a relatively cheaper option for Arsenal to consider.

The one from the Academy: Reiss Nelson

Nelson is one of the future stars of Arsenal. Currently on loan at Hoffenheim, he got chances and scored a few goals in Germany, yet mostly as a substitute. Would see how he’ll perform under Emery soon.
